There are rumors of ‘Pushpa 2’ releasing a day before its scheduled date.
Although now the date seems to be final, but some rumors are also spread that the makers of the film may release Pushpa 2 a day before the actual release. According to reports, the film may release on Thursday 5th December. In this way the film will get an extended weekend of four days. However, it is not clear whether it will be a full-fledged release or it will be given a paid preview on December 5.
However, the makers have not announced anything officially regarding the release of the film on December 5.
‘Pushpa 2’ can earn Rs 175 crore on opening day!
If there is a paid preview of ‘Pushpa 2’ then the film will have a chance to make a bumper opening of Rs 175 crores. Amidst the on-ground craze and excitement across the country, this film can collect Rs 15 crore or more through paid previews alone. On the scheduled date (6 December), the film has the potential to earn Rs 140 crore from Telugu states and Hindi belt alone. With this, its collection (paid preview and earning on fixed date) will be Rs 155 crore or more. It can easily earn the remaining Rs 15 or 20 crores from the southern states.
Therefore, if paid previews are conducted, then Pushpa 2 may get a chance to register an opening day earning of Rs 175 crore at the Indian box office which will indeed be historic. Till now, RRR is the biggest opening film in India with a net collection of Rs 134 crore.
